Do not sent them isk, this is scam service!!!
Saint answered you quite completely. We've had the same inactivity policy since we opened ring in June of 2008, and state the policy on the registration page, the deposit page, the FAQ, and on the Mavens client MOTD. I'm a big proponent of personal responsibility and do not want idle ISK in EOH. This is why the policy is in place. That it goes towards things like freerolls and ESOP is a nice bonus =)
Take home message: Yes, we have a wipe/deletion policy for old inactive accounts. If there are potential issues with an account for any other reason, please let us know via our help desk so it can be investigated and resolved. ______________________________

Hey folks,
We've had a bit of drama recently, and so I have posted a news item on the EOH site about this in case folks were wondering what was going on. http://www.eohpoker.com/
Thanks again for all of the kind words, and for making EOH the great community that it has grown into over the past 3.5+ years! ______________________________

Clarifications for others, which were already made to you.
Originally by: Nunchuck Norris
I was one of the regulars in EoH channel , playing high stakes and all that ****.
Whether someone has played one game for 10m ISK or has played at EOH for two years and spends Billions a week, the rules apply to them the same. There is no entitlement in my house.
Originally by: Nunchuck Norris
I was the one who exposed Zea Mays
Actually he did this all by himself. While you two may have argued on some random forum which made him panic, I never received any information from you about the incident, and it was all handled without your intervention.
Originally by: Nunchuck Norris
i was banned from EoH and they also took my ESOP tournament seat
Several characters were banned. And no ISK was taken. ESOP seats have no value until they are used. Since you are banned from EOH, you simply can't use it and would count as a no show. Thus, the seat will go to someone else. There is no ISK guarantee, otherwise the ESOP rules would state as much.
Originally by: Nunchuck Norris
I gave Selene proofs that i was never involved in any RMT
This actually never happened, and there was enough reason to ban you on behavior alone based on the mess you and our ex-banker made on that other forum. Remember, EOH is a private business, and we can deny service to anyone we want. This rarely ever happens, but you are entitled to nothing.
TL;DR: player gets banned, feels entitles to ISK settlement due to feelings of being wronged, is denied, sends threatening evemails and then posts on a forum when he doesn't get his way. Nothing to see here, really =)
P.S. zea's collateral is in escrow until CCP responds to a petition about his activities. No definite course of action will be taken until then. ______________________________

Originally by: Protaa iv been banned for no proper reason only some crap banker doesn;t like my corp
The senior bankers have authority to mute or ban anyone that is disrupting the poker room. If there are legitimate complaints with the service or other players, there are rules on the website that explain how to contact staff to resolve the issue, or to escalate to me personally via help tickets. In this case it was a simple matter of several players from the same corp spamming the channel and/or insulting the service after one of them became upset for some reason. One of my bankers decided to ban the corp, and I see no issue with this. As I mentioned in the evemail to you it is a simple corp ban, so this does not prevent other characters from playing, or you from playing if you were not in that corporation. It's relatively light moderative action.
EOH is not your channel to do in as you please. We have rules, and expect decent behavior. We also expect anyone who has an issue with my staff or the service to discuss it politely and reasonably -- not to yell and scream in the channel or on the forums. Demanding that you are entitled to something other than an account balance (like Nunchuck above) or loudly complaining to others makes me very unsympathetic. There are plenty of places in EVE for people to troll and cause mischief at, EOH is not one of them. ______________________________

Originally by: Protaa iv been banned for no proper reason only some crap banker doesn;t like my corp
Another banker asked me to re-review this case. From what I can tell, the original bans were due to pretending to x-up for winnings that were not won, and one person was impersonating a banker. I don't have raw logs here that show these, but if you or any of your corp-mates would like to dispute this reason with an explanation and related chat logs then I'd listen to that via evemail. ______________________________

Edited by: Selene D''Celeste on 25/07/2011 02:28:39 Copied from the front page of our website:
Our four-year anniversary isn't until January but we're marking another milestone here at EOH! While we only have around 9,000 accounts in our system right now since we regularly delete old accounts, since we started using Mavens 2.0 in June 2008 we have had 30,000 registrations! Now if we were to give away a million ISK for every registration, that would be a whole 30 Billion ISK. Now, I wonder what might cost 30 Billion ISK.
You may have guessed the exciting announcement I have to make: we are giving away a Vangel, the rare Amarrian Cruiser from Alliance Tournament IX. This ship will be given to the first place winner of a 30-man multi-table tournament that we are hosting on Sunday, August the 7th at 22:00 EVE time, with additional prizes including faction ships and PLEX. So now you might ask, how to get a seat to this fine event?
All you have to do is play games on EOH any time between 00:01 Friday the 29th to 00:01 Saturday the 6th (both times are in EVE time). That is it! On Saturday we will select 30 players (and alternates) and post them in the news section on this website. Anyone who doesn't show up and register by 22:00 loses their seat and alternates can claim the open seats in order until full, at which time the game will start!
So whether you are an old player or you have never checked us out, stop on by and play a game or two at EOH. Today might be your lucky day! ______________________________

If we somehow can't get 30 players from this list at the time of the tournament, remaining seats will be filled by randomly selecting from all players logged into Mavens at the time who are not already in the tournament. This is highly unlikely, but I'd rather be prepared!
Format will be the 30-seat tournament-blind table with 6 players per subtable, and tables folding together as tables can be eliminated (24 left, 18 left, 12 left, 6 left). ______________________________

Bankers have a lot going on at once, it is the players responsibility to unregister from a table they don't intend to play. When you click register you're agreeing to play the game.
It's a fact that you can't be forced into a game you're not registered for.
This has been our rules almost since AIs first came into being, and it ties into the same issue with connection problems. We have absolutely no knowledge of why players disappear. A player could have legitimate connection trouble, be pulled away by a family member or emergency, want to pretend to be away, be slow playing and not talking in chat, etc. There are far too many reasons for a person to be away, and we simply do not have the knowledge to know.
This is why connection issues are always the player's responsibility, not ours, unless the server itself is freaking out or dying. The same goes for all-ins: as long as a player is registered for an all-in, it is their responsibility to actually play the first hand, otherwise they forfeit the match. Given that these games are single-hand plays, the time from registration to completion should be less than half a minute, and there is no reason why someone can't unregister if something happens during that very brief window. ______________________________
